概述/GENERAL INFORMATION

NASYN FC-46是特制的聚α烯烴（PAO）合成烴類壓縮機(jī)潤滑油，在高低溫工作情況下都能有效地改善潤滑作用及減少揮發(fā)，能與礦物油以及專門適用于礦物油的設(shè)備相兼容。此潤滑油是被認(rèn)證為H1級的食品級合成潤滑油，能提供優(yōu)良的抗磨損，抗氧化及潤滑作用，是專門為特有添加劑而設(shè)計的，且已通過國際NSF的認(rèn)證。在要求優(yōu)良抗氧化性、防銹劑、防腐蝕、低泡沫以及良好的水分離特性的運用中，NASYN FC-46能有效地延長工作壽命。該潤滑油較礦物油的揮發(fā)少，且能與專門適用于礦物油的設(shè)備相兼容。

NASYN FC-46 is custom-blended polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydrocarbon lubricant giving improved lubrication at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, and compatibility with mineral oils and equipment designed for use with mineral oils. This lubricant provides greatly improved wear, oxidation and lubricity vs. currently available H-1 food grade synthetic lubricants. This lubricant was designed with a proprietary additive package and is registered with NSF. NASYN FC-46 is formulated for extended life for applications requiring excellent Oxidative, Rust and Corrosion resistance, low foaming and good water separation characteristics. These products have lower volatility than mineral oils, and are compatible with systems designed for use with mineral oils.

應(yīng)用/APPLICATIONS

根據(jù)不同黏度，推薦用于壓縮出口氣體中所含潤滑油可能偶爾與食品直接接觸的旋轉(zhuǎn)螺桿式和往復(fù)式壓縮機(jī)。一般都應(yīng)用于壓縮機(jī)，真空泵，輕型液壓油，軸承和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)（冷卻劑和傳熱）防止生銹及抗氧化。在高低溫度的情況下，特點均為明顯。

Recommended for use in rotary and reciprocating compressors in applications where incidental food contact may occur with oil in the discharge air. Most commonly used for Compressor, Vacuum Pump, light duty Hydraulic Fluid, Bearing and circulating systems (coolant and heat transfer) applications where a rust and oxidation inhibited oil is required. Excellent properties at both high and low temperatures.

NASYN合成烴類潤滑劑和礦物油類潤滑劑在與油漆、密封件、墊片和軟管間的相容性方面類似。當(dāng)把礦

物油類潤滑劑切換成NASYN合成烴基潤滑劑時，在相容性方面沒有特別的注意事項。

NASYN synthetic hydrocarbon based lubricants are similar to mineral oils in their compatibility with paints, seals, gaskets and hoses. No special precautions related to compatibility are required when changing over from a mineral oil lubricant to an NASYN synthetic hydrocarbon based lubricant.
